OGSERC's Structure
The Law provided for a tenured appointment of five (5) Commissioners with one designated as the Executive Chairman. The Commissioners are nominated by the Governor and confirmed by the State House of Assembly.
The Commission is made up of five (5) divisions each with a strategic role of maintaining the efficient operations of the Commission.

The Commission sits at the top, with the Chairman / CEO under it. Internal Audit, Public Affairs and Stakeholder, and Registry sit with the Chairman / CEO. The four divisions below each hold the units listed under them.
